. The space between these plates should be adjusted in order to adjust
the length of the dough in mm.
• Switch on the power.
• When you put dough into the hopper, the bottom of dough must face the front rollers.
• The dough weight range should be between 50g and 1200 g.

5.SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

• It is very important that this manual be read before operation, and be kept with the
machine for any future consultations.
• If the machine is sold or given to someone else, make sure that this manual is
attached to it, so that the user can be informed of the contents of the manual.
• Be sure not to touch the space between the rear tilted plates with your fingers when
you take dough out of the machine, as the woollen felt of the rear tilted plates moves
upward rapidly. Your fingers will easily get hurt if you touch the rear tilted plates.
• Be careful with your fingers when you put dough inside the input hopper too. Do not
touch the running rollers.
• Please note that the input hopper is equipped with an emergency stop. In case of
emergency, just press down the hopper and the machine will stop immediately, e.g.
when your fingers get stuck between the rollers.
