4.SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

It is very important that this manual be read before operation, and be kept
with the machine for any future consultations.
If the machine is sold or given to someone else, make sure that this manual is
attached to it, so that the user can be informed of the contents of the manual.
Be sure not to touch the space between the rear tilted plates with your fingers
when you take dough out of the machine, as the woollen felt of the rear tilted
plates moves upward rapidly. Your fingers will easily get hurt if you touch the
rear tilted plates.
Be careful with your fingers when you put dough inside the input hopper too.
Do not touch the running rollers.
Please note that the input hopper is equipped with an emergency stop. In
case of emergency, just press down the hopper and the machine will stop
immediately, e.g. when your fingers get stuck between the rollers.
5. CLEANING
It is very essential to give the roller and the woollen felt a daily cleaning
with a brush after finishing operation. Do not use running water to clean the
machine. Take care that the environment of the machine is kept clean too.
NOTE:
Never use an abrasive or caustic detergent or any scraper to clean your moulder.
For hygienic purpose, it is advisable to remove the flour dust with a vacuum
cleaner (avoid blowing). The power should always be disconnected before
cleaning.
