Turn the insert awl with the plug inside the hole by 90° and press on until only about 10 mm of the
repair stick are still visible on the outside of the tyre. Now slowly pull out the insert awl. For the
use of LD truck/truck/agricultural tractor and earth moving machines the reparation can also be
made from inside to outside. In case of some part of the repair stick is protruding the tyre, please
cut off the protruding part 2 mm above the tyre surface. It must be ensured in any case that
the repair stick loop protrudes inside the tyre and closes the puncture exactly on the tyre inside
(important for oblique stitches). Apply a big amount of self-vulcanizing tyre liquid plaster from
inside onto the roughened surface and the loop. Tyre can immediately be mounted. The repaired
area has to be checked for leak tightness after the repair. Do not repair any tyres which are older
than 9 years!
