Operations
Tool holder trolley and wheel lifter locked or with
irregular movement.
1. Low air pressure.
• Check air line pressure.
2. Control cylinder defective.
• Call the authorized service center for assistance.
3. Control valve defective.
• Check oil level in the lubrication device and that
latter is working properly as described in the
Maintenance chapter.
• Call the authorized service center for assistance.
The Lower Bead Breaker Disc is not synchronised
with the Upper Disc
1 Check if there are any blockages to the movement
of the Lower Bead Breaker Arm.
2. Check that the machine power supply is active.
• Contact the authorised technical assistance service.
The Automatic Tool damages the rims
1. Check the state of the guards. If worn, replace them.
2. Check the automatic spacing of the tool in relation
to the rim (about 2 mm), see chapter 5.2.2.1.
3. The cones are excessively worj and they cause an
excessive eccentricity of the rims.
