Principe du verrouillage à baïonnette (système BV)
Accouplement:
Afin de brancher le couplage, les marques sur la prise et la
prise à encastrer doivent être alignées
Appuyez les pièces ensemble jusqu'à la butée, puis appuyez
plus profondément avec une pression axiale et tournez en
même temps à 90° à droite (en regardant de la prise dans la
direction de l'insertion) jusqu'à ce que le loquet s'enclenche
Mise en garde: Si la prise tourne à plus de 90°, le processus
de déconnexion est engagé de nouveau.
Vérification:
Avec un mouvement rotatif (sans insérer plus profondément)
vérifiez si le dispositif de verrouillage est enclenché.
Tirez pour vérifier que le couplage ne peut plus être décon-
necté mécaniquement une fois en place
Déconnexion:
Pour déconnecter le couplage, commencez par appuyer la
prise plus profondément tout en tournant à 90° à gauche (en
regardant de la prise dans la direction de l'insertion) jusqu'à ce
que les marques soient alignées Séparez la prise et la douille
Mise en garde: Si la prise tourne à plus de 90°, le processus
d'accouplement est engagé de nouveau
Attention
Le connecteur 16BV-GS ne doit pas être sous charge lors de
la connexion et de la déconnexion. Une protection contre les
chocs électriques doit être assurée par le produit final.
Principle of the bayonet locking (BV system)
Mating:
In order to plug the coupling together, the marks on on the
plug and the panel receptacle must be in line with each other
Press the parts together as far as the stop, then press deeper
with axial pressure and at the same time turn 90° to the right
(seen from the plug in the direction of insertion) until the latch
engages
Caution: If the plug is rotated more than 90°, the disconnec-
tion process is initiated once more
Checking:
By a turning movement (without inserting more deeply) check
whether the locking device is engaged
Pull to check that the coupling can no longer be mechanically
disconnected when in this position
Disconnecting:
To disconnect the coupling, first press plug in more deeply
and at the same time turn 90° to the left (seen from the plug in
the direction of insertion) until the marks are in line with each
other Separate plug and socket
Caution: if the plug is rotated more than 90°, the mating pro-
cess is initiated once more
Attention
The plug connector 16BV-GS must not be under load
during connection and disconnection Protection against
electric shock must be provided by the end product
