Monitor display
The monitor display in normal mode corresponds to the main display. It allows
reading the display values on the back of the units. In menu mode the display
represents a menu for the unit parameterization (see 'Parameterization').
Status indicators
The status indicators (LEDs) on the back of the unit have the following function:
DATA
Data transfer active (short flashing)
ERR
Data transfer faulty (short flashing)
PWR
No function
Interface
The units must be parameterized before they can be controlled. Parameterization is
done in a menu (see 'Parameterization').
The interface has the following formats, depending on the unit version:
S202-xx/06/0x-001/0B-S0:
S202-xx/06/0x-001/0B-T0:
Select in menu item 1 between the formats which are available in the unit.
In interface format RS485, you can select several settings in the menu item 1.
'Project planning information' describes which setting has to be selected.
Units with TTY interface supply terminal P with an auxiliary voltage galvanically iso-
lated from the power supply, for an active connection of the current loop (24 V ± 20%,
max. 50 mA, reference potential = COM).
