ELECTRICAL CONTROL AND POWER SUPPLY*

§ pal-turn™ is equipped with a switch box for protecting the
motor and the user (except 1 model).

The standard cable button box is connected on

the control box of the load turnover system
through a "harting" type six-contacts connector.
The end-user can easily ensure connection of
the pal-turn™ control on the one of the lifting
device (connection on site not provided by
Tractel Solutions) using this available "harting"
type connector.
§ The cable for power supply is separated and can be connected either on the floor or on the
lifting device.
§ Electrical supply through three-phase network (3 phases + 1 earth connection).
The turnover can be single- or double-speed. (optional)

Standard IP54 electrical protection index (protection against dust: no noxious deposit ;
§
protection against water ejections from all directions)/other index on request.

Storage
Correctly store the straps, in good conditions, and instructions for use with the pal-turn™.
Keep the material in a dry place, protected from bad weather.
Ensure that the pal-turn™ is stored with no loads attached.
Maintenance
Maintenance inspections and operations must be performed by qualified persons and specialists.
§ Any deformed equipment must be immediately withdrawn from use.
Specially check conditions of straps. In case of wearing out of the straps, you must imperatively
§
contact TRACTEL SOLUTIONS SAS so that it provides exactly the same straps according to
recommendations.
§ Regularly check the equipment is in perfect working order.
§ Check the functioning of the material and visually inspect the straps before any use.
Any part with a defect must be replaced by a TRACTEL SOLUTIONS SAS part.
§
§ The gear motor should be drained every 4 years.
