Installation

Assembling the wheel set

Thread the locking bolt into the nut welded
onto the rear of the chassis (fig. 11 and
12).
Check the correct movement of the locking
bolt pin by pulling its arm. Once released,
it must return to its starting position.
Secure the locking bolt by tightening the
locknut.
Pull the arm of the locking bolt and insert
the axle of the wheel assembly into its
housing on the chassis, lining up the hole
in the axle with the pin of the locking bolt.
Release the handle of the locking bolt and
check that the axle of the wheel assembly
is fixed in place by the pin.

Mounting the stabiliser

Thread the locking bolt into the nut welded
onto the stabiliser leg (fig. 13).
Check the correct movement of the locking
bolt pin by pulling its arm. Once released,
it must return to its starting position.
Secure the locking bolt by tightening the
locknut.
Pull the arm of the locking bolt and insert
the stabiliser into the front legs of the
chassis, lining up the hole in the left foot
(seen from the front) with the pin of the
locking bolt.
Release the handle of the locking bolt and
check that the axle of the stabiliser is fixed
in place by the pin.

Mounting the control arm

Thread the locknut locking bolt into the nut
welded onto the control arm housing on
the rear of the chassis (fig. 14)
Check the correct movement of the locking
bolt pin by pulling its arm. Once released,
it must return to its starting position.
Secure the locking bolt by tightening the
locknut.
Pull the arm of the locking bolt and insert
the control arm into the chassis housing so
that one of the holes in the control arm
lines up with the pin on the locking bolt.
