HOW TO CORRECT PROBLEMS IN THE MACHINE

PROBLEM
The motors do not work.
The warning lights lashes
simultaneously.
Vacuum motor does not run.
Insuficient recovery water vacuuming.
Insuficient solution low to the brushes.
The squeegee leaves lining on the loor
streaks.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
Disconnected or dirty battery terminals.
Completely discharged batteries.
The brush motors are overloaded.
There are foreign materials (tangled threads, etc.)
preventing the brushes from rotating.
Blown fuse.
Full recovery tank.
Clogged vacuum grid or stuck closed loat.
Vacuum hose disconnected from the squeegee
or faulty.
Dirty squeegee, or worn or damaged squeegee
blades.
Improperly closed recovery tank cover or worn
gasket or clogged vent hole.
Dirty solution ilter.
Clogged recovery tank output hole.
Debris under the squeegee blades.
Worn, chipped or torn squeegee blades.

ACTION
Connect or clean the battery terminals.
Charge the batteries.
Use less aggressive brushes.
Clean the brush hubs.
Replace the fuse.
Empty the tank.
Clean the vacuum grid and the loat.
Connect or repair/replace it.
Clean the squeegee or replace the blades.
Correctly close the cover or replace the gasket or
clean the vent hole.
Clean the ilter.
