Turn the shredder back on its stand and wheels.
ATTENTION: Take care when turning the unit onto its wheels as the unit has an uneven weight distribution.
4.3.3- Collection box (Fig.4)
To insert the collection box:
Press down the lock button (A).
Then insert the collection box into the sliding rails (8).
Press the lock button (A) upward.
To remove the collection box:
Press down the lock button (A).
Then slide the collection box out of the undercarriage.
Note: Before you remove and empty the collection box, ensure
that the machine has been disconnected from its power supply.
4.4- Start and Stop (Fig.5)
To Start the machine:
Press the Forward/Reverse switch (A) to FORWARD
position.
Press the On/Off switch (B) to (I) ON position to start the motor.
To Stop the machine:
Press the On/Off switch (B) to (O) OFF position to stop the
motor.
4.5- Overload protection (Fig.5)
This machine is equipped with an overload protection system, to protect the motor from being
damaged. The safety switch will automatically switch off the power when the motor is overloaded.
Wait for at least 1 minute before restarting by first pressing the reset button and then the On/Off
switch.
If the motor does not restart, do the following (wear safety gloves) :
1. Press the safety switch (C).
2. Press the Forward/Reverse switch (A) to REVERSE
3. Press and hold the On/Off switch (B) to (I) ON position to remove any objects that could obstruct
the blades.
