Workplace insufficient lighting
Inadequate lighting of the site alw ays present a high
safety risk.
Alw ays provide for sufficient lighting w hen w orking w ith the
unit
Disposal
Disposal instructions are given by pictographs on the unit or
packaging. For meaning of individual symbols refer to chapter
"Symbols on Unit".
Operator Requirements
The operator shall read the instruction manual carefully
before using the unit.
Qualification
No special qualification is required for use of the unit except
for detailed direction by a professional.
Minim um Age
Only persons above 16 years of age are allow ed to w ork w ith
the unit. .
Exempted from the provision is the use of the juvenile
trainees if they w ork in the course of their professional training
w ith an aim to obtain the skill under trainer supervision.
Training
Use of the unit requires adequate lesson by a professional or
the use of the manual only. Special training is not required.

Transportation and Storage
Clean the unit thoroughly before putting it on storage for
a longer time
Protect the unit from w eather effects w ith canvass,
carton etc.
Assembly and Initial Operation (Fig. 1)
The airbrush compressor is fully assembled and it is possible
to get dow n to w ork straight aw ay.
It is only necessary to connect the flexible air hose to the
compressor.
Afterwards, it is possible to start.
Operation
Unplug before any set-up of the compressor on airbrush.
Working pressure control (Fig.1)
Pull the rotary knob (Fig.1/14) up.
The w orking pressure is easy to set up: if you turn in the
direction of +, the w orking pressure w ill increase. It is
decreasing if you turn in the direction of –.

Pushing the rotary knob dow n, you may prevent an
unintentional change of set-up.
Spray Nozzle Connection
Make sure that the airbrush compressor is off.
Connect the spray nozzle (Fig.1/7) w ith the flexible
hose included (Fig.1/3)
Connect the flexible hose w ith the reducer nipple
(Fig.1/6). Screw the reducer nipple on the reducer outlet.
Now , screw the paint jar (Fig.1/9) on respective
connection of the nozzle (Fig.2/6).
Remove the nozzle cap and sw itch the airbrush
compressor. The compressor is now ready for operation.
"Step-by – Step" Instructions
1.
Connect the airbrush compressor w ith the flexible hose.
2.
Connect the spryer nozzle to the flexible hose
3.
Plug the cable in.
4.
Sw itch the compressor on.
5.
Now , it is possible to set up the air pressure w ith the
rotary knob.
6.
Remove the cap from the nozzle and start w orking.
Troubles-Causes-Troubleshooting
CAUTION: ALWAYS CHECK THE OVERLOAD
PROTECTION FIRST!
If the compressor keeps switching on and off in the course of
varnishing, the pressure switch need re-adjustment (see the
locking knob, kindly contact a servicing centre).
If the compressor switches off although the nozzle is not
used, leakage on a hose connection should be presumed. .
CAUTION:
A short sw itching on of the compressor after 5 minutes
although it is not in use is normal!
The compressor should be used on grounded mains only w ith
a current protection (FI).
Any necessary repairs should be done by trained specialists
only.
Inspections and Maintenance
Unplug the unit before any w ork on it.
Use a w et cloth to clean the plastic parts. Do not use
detergents, solvents or pointed tools.

After every use, remove the dust from the vents and
movable parts. Use a soft brush.
Oil all the movable metal parts regularly.
