Before the installation

You will need the following
tools
- Screwdriver
- Crosshead screwdriver
- Shears
- Ruler or measuring tape
- Pen
Removing the old belt
winder
1 Let the roller shutter all the way
down so that the lamellae are
completely closed.
2 Remove the old belt winder and
unwind the webbing.

There is a risk of injury from
the pretensioned spring of
the old belt winder.
When removing, the spring box can snap
back in an uncontrolled manner.
Therefore gently unwind the spring in the
belt winder by hand.
