Switches the video output signal.

Eliminates color at the top and bottom of

Selects the CCD read-out mode.

Accumulates charges in field units. Use to shoot a
moving object.
FRM
Accumulates charges in frame units. Provides the
image with the highest possible vertical resolution.
Use to shoot a still object.
SYNC (synchronization)
Selects the sync signal to be used.
Selection
Function
Uses tri-level sync signal.
Normally set to this position.
Uses bi-level sync signal. Select when you output
images to a printer, etc. that does not accept the tri-
level sync signal.
Note
If you use long exposure mode by setting SHUTTER to
MANU, set FLD/FRM to FRM.
