c) Using the sausage attachment
1. Operate steps 1, 2, 3, and 4 from "Using the meat mincer" part.
2. Place the adapter (10c or 10d) on the axle of the spiral auger.
3. Insert a sausage attachment (10a or 10b) into the lock. Sausage attachment 10a is for thin
sausages, sausage attachment 10b is for thick sausages.
4. Turn the lock (13) "hand tight" on to the spiral housing (11).
5. Plug the stand mixer in a power socket.
6. Place a vessel under the exit
7. Fill the sausage paste on to the filling tray (15) and into the filler neck.
8. Turn the switch (6) to select operating speed and power.
d) Using the Salad Express
1. Remove the cover (2a) from the helix drive and take out the screw
2. Place the Salad Express housing (18) with the filler neck facing upwards into the spiral drive and
turn the screw clockwise until it is closed.
3. Choose a cylinder cutter (coarse rasping 20a, slice cutter 20b or fine rasping 20c). Place the
