With heavy mixtures, do not operate the machine for more than ten minutes, and then allow it to

cool down for a further ten minutes.
b) Using the meat mincer
1. Remove the cover (2a) from the helix drive and take out the screw (4).
2. Place the spiral housing (11) with the filler neck facing upwards into the spiral drive and turn it
clockwise until it is closed.
3. Place the filling tray (15) on the filler neck (11) in such a way that the receptacle of the tray is
positioned under the arm.
4. Push the spiral (12) into the horizontal section of the spiral housing (11) until the axle locks in
place.
5. Place the blades (14) on the end of the helix (12) and then a screen (16) of your choice. Please
pay attention to the screen and the recesses on the helix housing. Screw the lock (13) on until it is
"hand tight".
