3) USING YOUR APPLIANCE

a) Functioning
 To use the raclette grill in 8 people version, connect first the two raclettes grill with
the red cord supplied with the appliance.
 Plug in the unit.
 Turn on the switch. The indicator will light up.

Preheat your units for ten minutes before inserting pans.
 Put the cheese or other food like onion and bacon in the pans.
Note:
Make sure the cheese is not too thick to prevent it from coming into contact with the
heating elements.
 Put the pans in the unit.

Remove when the cheese has melted and is lightly browned.
b) After cooking
 When cooking is over, press the On/Off button. The indicator light turns off.
 Unplug the power cord
 Wait for the complete cooling of the unit before cleaning or storing.

4) CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

 Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down to room temperature.
 Clean the grill plate and the pans with warm soapy water and a soft sponge. Do not
use metal scouring pads or abrasive detergents, as these could damage the surface
of the grill plate and mini pans.
 It's possible to clean the plates and the pans in the dishwasher.

Clean the base with a damp cloth. Do not submerge the appliance in water, and
make sure no water or any other liquids enter it.
