Special functions
Dialling mode
The handset can be operated in new, digital exchanges (TONE/DTMF) as well as ana-
logue exchanges (PULSE). The dialling mode is controlled via the menu.
Refer to Page 183 for the sequence of menu option selections.
Alarm clock
The Alarm clock" function can be used so that you are alerted by the handset at a spe-
cific time. Refer to Page 181 for the sequence of menu option selections.
Baby call
Use this function to store a phone number that will be dialled automatically when any
button (except O and B) is pressed. Refer to Page 182 for the sequence of
menu option selections.
Call barring
The call barring function prevents call numbers, which you have programmed, from
being dialled. You can define 4 numbers, each comprised of 8 digits, to be barred.

SOS number
You can store up to 4 phone numbers which can still be dialled even when the call bar-
ring function is activated. Refer to Page 183 for the sequence of menu option selec-
tions.
