Putting the telephone (base station) into operation
Connecting the receiver
Use the helix cable to connect the receiver to the telephone (base station). The helix
cable has two identical connectors; plug one end of the cable in the socket at the bot-
tom end of the receiver and the other end of the cable in the socket on the underside of
the base station. The plugs engage in the sockets audibly.
Connecting the telephone cable
Plug the telephone connection cable supplied in the socket on the underside of the tele-
phone (base station) until it audible engages. Plug the other end of the telephone con-
nection cable in the telephone line socket.
If the cable connector does not fit in the line socket, please contact your telephone net-
work provider.
Connecting the power adapter plug
Connect the telephone as illustrated in the diagram. For safety reasons, only use the
power adapter plug supplied.

no. SSA−5W−09 EU 075030F and output data 7.5 V, 300 mA.
