INSTALLATION GUIDE
It is good practice to plug in all the equipments before power on.
A/ Connections :
Plug in CAP65 sensor to AFFseries-3.
Connect AFFseries-3 to the provided power supply.
For the first time, plug AFFseries-3 directly to your computer using the RJ45 port
(LAN on the rear panel). Attention, use a cross RJ45 wire.
If you intend to use the dry loop outputs, use an other RJ45 wire.
Connect AFFseries-3 GPI/GPO2 output to the remote equipment. Otherwise make no
connection.

B/ Starting :
Stand alone:
AFFseries-3 features a web server allowing to control from you favorite web browser. Open
your browser, enter AFFseries-2 IP address into the address window.
Default factory IP address is :
You can now access the web pages to set, analyse and read the AFFseries-3 internal memory.
Attention, in case of difficulties, follows the procedure in "technical tools" annex
Use on a net:
Connect AFFseries-3 to the net using the RJ45 connector.
Attention: To work properly the AFFseries-3 IP address should be unique on the network, and
in the available IP range. Should the PC or routeur net differ from AFFseries-3, first modify PC or
routeur to the same net as AFFseries-3, then set AFFseries-3 IP address as described in
"technical tools" annex.
