PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The product SPA-TYPE-5-L is a single anchor point with general building inspectorate approval Z-14.9-704.
The single anchor point SPA-TYPE-5-L for installation in prestressed concrete is suitable for securing max. 1
person.
Furthermore, the single anchor point is tested according to DIN EN 795:2012 and CEN/TS 16415. The product
was tested as a system and must only be installed with the help of the supplied fasteners. The anchor point is
only suitable for the fall protection of persons and designed to deform and absorb a fall.
It is not suitable for being used with a rope or for the attachment of other components and/or loads applying
tensile forces and/or as a transport eyelet.
The materials are not resistant under extremely aggressive conditions such as e.g. constant, alternating
immersion into sea water or within proximity of sea water spray, chlorinated atmospheres in indoor pools, or
atmospheres extremely polluted with chemicals.
Therefore, the individual anchoring point is particularly suitable for safely working on high buildings.

SAFETY INFORMATION

Prior to fitting, all fitters or users must read these instructions. The assembly instructions must be strictly
observed as failure to do so may endanger lives. Immediately cease fitting work for the fall-arrester device if,
during this, difficulties are encountered. More information can be obtained from the manufacturer.
Since this system is electrically conductive, it must be integrated properly into the lightning
protector/equipotential bonding device in accordance with DIN VDE 0185 standard, provided a lightning
protection system is available.
