in the hole [5-2].
• Clamp the router by securing the three clamping
supports [7-4] in the three holes [5-4].
• Unscrew the rotary knob [7-3] and move the
router upwards.
• Tighten the rotary knob [7-3].
• Use the crank handle [7-1] to set the height
adjuster so that the guide plate supports the
journal [7-2].
OF 1400
• Attach the guide plate [3-3] securely to the slide
on the height adjuster [3-2].
• Insert the light grey centring ring 473809 for the
OF 1400 with the part number faceup into the
recess on the module mounting.
Lock the router in the lowest position:
• To do this, unscrew the rotary knob [8-3] for
adjusting the router cutting depth and push the
router downwards.
• Tighten the rotary knob.
• Attach the adjustment plate [4-1] to the threaded
hole [4-2] with the wide journal (width: 6 mm)
facing downwards.
Place the router on the module mounting [8]:
Make sure that the centring ring is seated cor-
rectly in the opening on the module mounting.
• Align the router so that the journal [8-2] on the
column guide is facing towards the cutting depth
adjuster and the adjustment plate [8-5] engages
in the hole [5-1].
• Clamp the router by securing the three clamping
supports [8-4] in the three holes [5-4].
• Unscrew the rotary knob [8-3] and move the
router upwards.
• Tighten the rotary knob [8-3].
• Use the crank handle [8-1] to set the height
adjuster so that the guide plate supports the
journal [8-2].
OF 2200
• Attach the guide plate [3-3] securely to the side
holder [3-1].
• Insert the green centring ring 473808 for the
OF 2200 with the part number faceup into the
recess on the module mounting and secure the
tenon into the slot.
Before installing the router OF 2200:
• Open the green lever [9-1] and remove the base
runner [9-2].
• Place the protective cover [1-7] in position with
the oval recess resting on the bolt [9-3].
• Turn the protective cover clockwise until it en-
gages.
Lock the router in the lowest position:
• Unscrew the rotary knob [9-4] for adjusting the
router cutting depth and push the router down-
wards.
• Tighten the rotary knob.
• Attach the adjustment plate [4-1] to the threaded
hole [4-2] with the wide journal (width: 6 mm)
facing downwards.
Place the router on the module mounting [10]:
Make sure that the centring ring is seated cor-
rectly in the opening on the module mounting.
• Align the router so that the journal [10-3] on
the column guide is facing towards the cutting
depth adjuster and the adjustment plate [10-1]
engages in the hole [5-3].
• Clamp the router by securing the three clamping
supports [10-2] in the three holes [5-4].
• Unscrew the rotary knob [9-4] and move the
router upwards.
• Tighten the rotary knob [9-4].
• Use the crank handle [10-4] to set the height
adjuster so that the slide supports the journal
[10-3].
6.2
Inserting the module mounting
• When installing the module mounting in the
basic unit, fi rst insert in the side opposite the
switch [11-2].
• Hold the module mounting by the recesses
[11-1] when doing this.
• Lower the module mounting forwards into posi-
tion.
Note
•When inserting the router, make sure you do
not trap the mains cable.
• Tighten the two screws [12-4] to secure the
module mounting.
6.3
Inserting reducing rings
Insert a suitable reducing ring in the centring ring
in accordance with the cutter diameter d and the
router model. Use the smallest possible reducing
ring to guarantee reliable working results.

52 mm ≤ d < 60 mm
