e) Area Measurement
The laser distance meter can determine the
area content of an area, e.g. the wall of an
apartment, if you want to calculate the area
of the wallpaper quantity.
Observe that the area to be measured is
rectangular, since the area is calculated by
multiplying the two distances „a" and „b".
The measurements therefore must be made
at right angles to each other.
Proceed as follows:
1. Keep the middle function button „ " (C) pushed until a square appears at the top of the
display (area measurement). Release the button again.
2. Push the measuring button „
