or the socket you want to use gives the correct tension (220-240V-
50Hz). Check whether the socket is earthed and secured with a 30mA
circuit breaker.
If everything is all right you can insert the plug into the socket.
You can turn then turn the machine on using the operating button I (one
element of 1000W, half power) or II (2 elements, together 2000W, full
power). The button can turn on both directions. To turn the machine off,
you turn the button to 0 and remove the plug from the socket. Allow the
radiator time to cool.
In time, the glass of the heating element may colour white. This is normal
and does not affect its functioning or the lifespan of the product.
CLEANING - SERVICE
Cleaning
Before cleaning remove the plug from the power outlet and wait until the
appliance is sufficiently cooled off.
Wipe the appliance only with a clean and lint-free cloth or a soft brush.
Never use abrasive cleaners, scrubbing brushes and chemical cleaners for
cleaning! Never use flammable cleaners such as benzene or spiritus. Give
the appliance time to dry before you use it again.
To protect against electrical shock and danger of life, do not immerse cord,
plug or any part of the appliance in water or other liquid.
Make sure no water gets into the heater when you clean it!
Loungeheater 160:
You can clean the tabletop with a wet cloth.
