Before use
•
Read this manual.
•
Inform personnel how to use the IRT PowerCassette.

Hazards
•
Avoid looking directly into active IR light.
•
The surfaces of IRT PowerCassette are hot while run-
ning.
•
Never expose the equipment to rinsing with water
while running or with power on.
•
Heating of sections of human bodies (hands, face
etc.) is not permissible.
•
Disconnect all power supplies before servicing.
•
Warning! IRT PowerCassette must not be used in
areas where the solvent content in the atmosphere
exceeds 25% of the lower explosion limit (Please
refer to the EN 1010 and EN 1127 standards plus
draught standard prEN 1539).
•
Emergency stop is not to be used unless injury or
damage is at risk.
•
Unauthorised tampering invalidates the guarantee.
•
When intervening in the electrical equipment: only
trained electricians should do any electrical work.
WARNING!
Intensive heat radiation. Hands, face and
other parts of the body should be exposed
as little as possible to the heat radiation.

Instructions to the owner
The owner of the dryer must produce clear operating
instructions, adapted to local site conditions, and make
these available to all users who have to observe these
operating instructions.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (includ-
ing children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concern-
ing use of the appliance by a person responsible for their
safety.Children should be supervised to ensure that they
do not play with the appliance.
Dispose of used items at the nearest environmental pro-
tection facility for recycling.
4.
Assembly instruction
Check that the contents correspond with the dispatch
note.
Install the IRT Control Unit in the intended locations.
Make sure there is enough space at the controller sides
for cooling air to circulate (minimum 100 mm).
Note! Electrical connections must only be made by a
competent electrician.
