ƒ The technique of lifting by adherence which has to be used for this grab imposes on the user a
preliminary validation of the friction coefficient between the surface of the load and the
clamping jaws, this in order to guarantee the good reserve of the load during the use. Tractel
Solutions can assist you during this verification.
ƒ Use on various products with parallel sides only.
ƒ Never lift greasy products or loads with smooth surface (polished marble for instance).
When turning, make sure that the dimensions of the load and the gravity centre allow to do it
ƒ
without risks for the operator and / or the load .
ƒ Wearing individual protection is essential :
ƒ Both broaching positions shall be symmetrical in relation to the lifting point (A-A' or B-B' or C-
C'...).
ƒ Observe the broaching positions mentioned in the table according to the maxi/mini opening you
desire in order to guarantee the necessary gripping power on the load to be lifted (see table).
Please consult us for any use in a specific aggressive atmosphere.

Please consult us for lifting pieces with another temperature than the ambient temperature
ƒ
ƒ Working temperature : -20° to +90°C.
