Operations
•
Hold the control down for the entire time in which
you wish to vary the angle.
Lower bead breaking
To break the second bead proceed as follows:

•
Activate the control 1 to bring the Bead Breaker Arm
outside its work zone.
•
Pull and hold the pin 2, then rotate Bead Breaker
Disc set upwards.
•
Release the pin 2.
•
Use the control 3 to lower the Disc until it is brought
under the tire.
•
Bring the Bead Breaker Arm into the working position
via the control 1.
•
Raise the Disc into the lower wheel side Bead
Breaking position via the control 3.
WARNING: CHECK THAT THE DISC IS CORRECTLY
POSITIONED ON THE SIDEWALL OF THE TIRE,
NEXT TO THE RIM
•
Activate rotation and lubricate the bead breaking
zone.
•
Proceed with bead breaking as described for the
upper bead by activating the disc 'up' control as
opposed to the disc 'down' control.
WARNING: IF NECESSARY BEAD BREAKING CAN
BE AIDED BY USING THE BEAD BREAKER DISC
PENETRATION ANGLE VARIATION CONTROL
Note: The disc penetration angle variation control
can also be used for the lower bead.
