Caution: before using the appliance the plate has to be cleaned with hot water.
The appliance has to be used by qualified staff, since it is an appliance intended solely for professional kitchens.
7.1 Lighting and turning out fry-top (Fig. 8)
7.1.1 Lighting the pilot flame fry-top
Press on the knob "G" and turn it to the left as far as the pilot flame lighting position.
Keep the knob pressed and at the same time press button "H" for ignition battery. After having lit the pilot flame keep the
knob fully pressed for approximately 10/20 seconds in order to heat the thermocouple, after which release it.
The flame can be observed from the spy hole on the front panel. Should the flame go out during or after release of the
knob repeat the operation.
7.1.2
Lighting the main burner
With the pilot flame lit, turn the knob of the thermostat to the left and choose the required cooking temperature:

Turn the knob to the pilot flame position: the main burner goes out and only the pilot flame remains lit.
7.1.4
Total extinguishing
In order to extinguish the pilot flame and the main burner, turn the knob to the "off" position (Fig. 8).
7.2 Oven burner (Fig. 9)
7.2.1 Lighting the pilot flame
Turn the knob of the thermostat right as far as the stop. Press the lighting button "L" and at the same time press the
button "N" taking a stack several times. Keep the lighting button fully pressed for a few moments in order to allow the
thermocouple to heat, then release it. The pilot flame can be observed through the appropriate spyhole. If, after having
released the lighting button, the pilot flame were to go out, the operation has to be repeated.
