4. INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE

Power up the machine with the aid of the main switch at the back of the machine;

Adjust the height of the moulding plate to set the elongation of the dough pieces.

Remove the moulding plate and wipe towels with abundant potato starch.

Insert the dough pieces into the loading chute.

Your products will be delivered to you in the front opening.

Once the operation is completed, power the machine off.
Tip: For a good outcome on the final product, the dough pieces must be even
and suitably posi-tioned for the rolling process. You therefore need to adjust
moulding and rolling settings based on the result obtained.
5. MAINTENANCE
Weekly, by a trained user:
Inside cleaning:
1. Unplug the machine from the mains.
2. Remove the moulding plate.
3. Clean the towels with a brush.
4. Using a brush, clean the cylinders and carpets.
