Once the baking process is finished, turn all temperature controls counter-clockwise
up to the marking „0". Turn the device off with the toggle switch. Then open the door.
Remove the baked pizzas from the oven.
WARNING! Risk of burns!
Some parts of the device get very hot during operation. Do not touch the device
parts with bare hands or fingers. Wear protective gloves when removing the
pizzas, which reach above the wrists and use kitchen utensils with long handles
to prevent burns.
Disconnect the device from the mains outlet if you are not going to use it any longer.
6. Cleaning and care

6.1 Safety advice

o Before beginning with repair or cleaning works make sure the device has been
disconnected from power socket and has cooled down.
o Do not use any acid agents and make sure no water ingresses the device.
o To protect yourself from electric shock, never immerse the device, its cables and the
plug in water or other liquids.
CAUTION!
The device is not suited for direct washing via water jets. Therefore, you must not
use any kind of pressure water jet for cleaning the device!

6.2 Cleaning

Clean the device at regular intervals.

Leave the device to cool down before cleaning it.
o
Clean the surface of the device with a soft, damp cloth and a mild detergent.
o
Clean the baking chambers with a soft, damp cloth and wipe them with a clean cloth
o
to remove any cleaning agent residues.
Remove residues on the pizza stone with a natural hair or brass brush without using
o
any water or cleaning agents.
For thorough cleaning at the end of the day, heat up the pizza oven for 30 minutes
o
at the highest temperature (only use the temperature control for the bottom heat).
Brush off the cold surface of the pizza stone on the following day.
Do not use any caustic cleaning agents to clean the device.
o
The device should be cleaned regularly.
