Operation and maintenance
Remove all packaging of the device.
Check if the voltage of the appliance corresponds to the main voltage of your home.
Rated voltage : AC220-240V 50Hz.
Place the device on a flat stable surface and ensure a minimum of 10 cm. free space around
the device. This device is not suitable for installation in a cabinet or for outside use.
Before first use
Clean all loose parts (nr. 1, 2, 3) of the device thoroughly before first use.
These separate parts are also dishwasher safe.
Place the base (No. 5) on a flat stable surface and allow at least 10 cm. free space around it
and at least 20 cm. space above the device.
The heating element on the inner side of the base becomes very hot. Never touch
this, you can get very serious burns.
During operation of the machine steam arises which is very hot, always use the
handles and oven mitts when the steaming bowls (No. 3), rice bowl (No. 2), the drip
tray (No. 10) or base (No. 5) are being touched.
Place the steaming bowls (No. 3) in the right order (start with o, oo, and then subsequently
ooo) accordingly to how much you want to use. The bowls are numbered on the handles.
Place the lid (No. 1) on the upper steam bowl.

Use
Fill the base (No. 5) with fresh water, by putting water directly into the base or by using the re-
fill hole (No. 9), until it has reached the maximum water level mark indication (No. 6).Make
sure the water is never under the minimum level which is displayed on the inner side of the
base. Too much water may cause splashing boiling water.
If the device accidentally is switched on, without water or with insufficient water, the unit will
automatically switch off, the boil-dry protection will activate.
If the boil-dry protection is activated, pull the plug from the grounded power outlet and let it
cool down to room temperature. When it has cooled down, the device can be used again.
Place the food with the longest steaming time in the lower steaming bowl. Taking care of an
even distribution of weight.
The product to with the biggest weight must be prepared in the lower steaming bowl and the
product with the smallest weight in the upper steaming bowl.
Note that during the preparation of meat, fish or poultry, the juice of the meat, fish or poultry
can drip down. So put the meat, fish or poultry in the lower steaming bowl, if you do not want
the juice to drop on top of another steaming food.

In each of the three floors of the steaming bowls are 6 recesses for eggs. So you can prepare

a total of 18 eggs. Taking care that the eggs in the lower steaming bowl are ready faster than
the eggs in the top.
Turn the timer to the desired position and the device starts with the steaming of the dishes.
The indicator light (No. 7) comes on. The maximum set time is 60 minutes. See the table
below for appropriate preparation time per dish.
Use for preparing rice the rice bowl (No. 2). Add about two cups of water per cup rice. Of
course fill also the base with water.
Do not steam frozen meat, poultry, seafood, etc. in the device, first thaw at room temperature.
