INSTALLATION

Tower Setup

The UPS and any optional cabinets (PDM or EBM) must be stabilized
with pedestals or joining brackets. The setup varies depending on the
number of cabinets you are installing:

For one cabinet, both sets of pedestals must be installed (provided in
the P64 accessory kit). Complete Steps 2 through 4.
For two or more cabinets, the pedestals are not installed. Skip to
Step 5 to install the joining brackets.
Place the UPS horizontally, so that the left end of the cabinet is
accessible (see Figure 12).
Align the UPS pedestals over the holes on the end of the UPS as
shown in Figure 12. Secure the pedestals with the supplied screws.

Carefully position the cabinet upright (see Figure 13).
