Spare parts within the warranty period will be sent by post free of charge
if they are plug-in components (hand switch, hand transmitter, power
supply unit, cable). Extensive malfunctions, which are determined after
the source of the fault has been identified, will be remedied by hülsta
service staff.
In principle, it is not necessary to replace the entire motor-driven base
frame due to the technical design. Parts deliveries and services after
the warranty period are subject to a charge.
Troubleshooting and fault rectification must only be carried out by a
skilled person who has completed training as an electrician or has an
equivalent qualification.

7. The hülsta guarantee services
The components of a hülsta motor-driven base frame are perfectly
balanced in terms of material, design and function. Please note the
combination recommendations in our sales documents. Proper use,
operation, care and the creation of a healthy sleeping environment lay
the foundation for many years of functional reliability (see operation
and care). hülsta is not liable for any advice errors given by the retailer.

you purchased the product. These are the services available under the

hülsta is not liable for any secondary damage.
A fault must be reported in detail to make a guarantee claim. Please
contact your hülsta retailer showing this guarantee passport as
well as the original invoice. Without this documentation, guarantee
claims cannot be made. If the fault is recognised, it is a case of a
guarantee claim within the guarantee period. If the fault is subject
to verification at the factory, the analysis by the factory will decide
whether or not this is a valid guarantee claim.
The guarantee claim:
The start of the guarantee is the invoice date from your retailer.
The hülsta guarantee covers all material and manufacturing defects.
Damage that has occurred due to inappropriate handling or normal
wear and tear is not covered by the guarantee. hülsta is not liable for
incorrect advice given by a third party. In the event of a guarantee
claim, we reserve the right to either repair or replace the product.
If a repair or replacement of the respective model in no longer possible,
we reserve the right to supply a comparable product. A guarantee
claim will not interrupt or extend the guarantee period.
If the claimed fault of the product is not subsequently confirmed in the
analysis at the factory, the process will be treated as a service case
against charge.
