WASTE CONTAINER EMPTYING
1.
The maximum height to discharge the waste
container is 1,450 mm.
2.
To empty the waste container, drive the machine near
the dustbin and proceed as follows.
3.
Lift and stop the main and side brushes
4.
Stop the suction using the push-button (21, Fig. B)
5.
Close the waste container by moving the lever (18,
Fig. B) forward.
6.
Push the filter-shaker push-button (15, Fig. B) for a
short time.
WARNING!
Carry out this operation on a level ground
to avoid machine unbalance.
7.
Keep people far from the machine and especially
from the waste container (9, Fig. C).
8.
Move the lever backward (19, Fig. B) to lift the waste
container up (9, Fig. C) to the desired position.
9.
Position the waste container (1, Fig. V) above the
dustbin (2).
10. Open the waste container by moving the lever (18,
Fig. B) backward, and then discharge all the debris
into the dustbin (2, Fig. V). Close the waste container
using the lever (18, fig. B).
11. Move away from the dustbin and move the lever (19,
Fig. B) forward, to lower the waste container (9, Fig.
C) altogether.
12. Drive the machine to the working are and:
– Open the suction;
– Open the front skirt;
– Start the machine again and lower the main and
side brushes.
13. The machine is ready to start working again.

AFTER USING THE MACHINE
1.
At the end of the work, before leaving the machine:
– Close the suction using the push-button (21, Fig.
B) and move the front skirt control lever (18, Fig.
B) to the closed position (forward), then push the
filter-shaker push-button(15, Fig. B) for a short
time, and open the suction and the skirt again;
– Empty the waste container (9, Fig. C) (see the
instructions in the previous paragraph);
– Lift the main brush using the lever (13, Fig. B);
– Lift the side brush using the push-button (14, Fig.
B);
– Stop the brushes rotation by moving the brush
rotation control lever to a central position (20, Fig.
B);
– Remove the ignition key from the switch (5, Fig.
B);
– Engage the parking brake by pressing the pedal
(9, Fig. B) and then activate the brake lock control
lever (10).
WARNING!
Always engage the parking brake when
leaving the driver's position.
PUSHING/TOWING THE MACHINE
To push/tow the machine, proceed as follows:
–
Open the cowling (3, Fig. C);
–
Rotate the lever (8, Fig. S) to deactivate the pump,
from position (a) to position (b) on fig. S;
–
Close the cowling (3, Fig. C);
–
Push or tow the machine;
–
After pushing/towing, open the cowling again and
rotate the lever (1, Fig. S) to position (a);
–
Close the cowling (3, Fig. C).
MACHINE LONG INACTIVITY
If you foresee that the machine will not be used for more
than 30 days, proceed as follows:
1.
Check that the area the machine is going to be kept
is dry and clean.
2.
Disconnect the battery connector (2, Fig. U).
FIRST PERIOD OF USE
After the first period of use (first 8 hours) it is necessary to
check that the fixing and connecting elements are
correctly tightened, that the visible parts are integral and
that there are no leaks.
