Appliance does not reach the set
temperature
When the temperature sensors or the temperature in the oven is not functioning correctly, the digital display
D1 may show one of the following error codes.
Error Code Possible Fault(s)
501 chamber temperature sensor (NTC) is
shortened or open
chamber temperature higher than 152ºC or
lower than -30ºC
502 Food core temperature sensor (NTC) is
shortened or open
Food core temperature higher than 158ºC
or lower than -15ºC

• Reinstall the hinge
• Position the oven in horizontal
position and reconnect the power
supply
Possible cause
No power at the electrical outlet
Green on/off switch at the rear side
The plug is not plugged (correctly)
into the electrical outlet
Heating element defective
Control unit defective
Heating element fuse defective
Possible solution
Contact the supplier
Wait until the chamber temperature restores to
normal
Contact the supplier
Wait until the food core temperature restores to
normal
