Safety information
Please read the following installation and commissioning instructions carefully
before operating your appliance. This will avoid damage to your system which
could arise through incorrect handling.
Incorrect use and any unauthorised modifications made to the design or during
installation will result in any liability claims becoming void.
In addition to any applicable country-specific guidelines, the following
engineering standards must be observed.
DIN 1988
Drinking water supply systems
DIN 4708
Central water-based heating systems
DIN EN 12828
Heating systems in buildings - Design of water-based heating systems
DIN 4753
Water heaters and water heating installations for potable water and for
service water
DIN EN 12977
Thermal solar systems and components - Custom built systems
DIN EN 12976
Thermal solar systems and components - Factory made systems
DIN 18380
Installation of central heating systems and hot water supply systems
DIN 18381
Installation of gas, water and drainage pipework inside buildings
DIN 18382
Electrical supply systems rated for voltages up to 36 kV
DIN EN 12975
Thermal solar systems and components - Solar collectors
VDE 0100
Low voltage electrical installations
VDE 0185
Protection against lightning
Because of the control equipment, the entire system (DHW and heating water)
must be kept free of dirt (install dirt traps where necessary).
As with all DHW circulation systems, it is important to provide an appropriate
positive pressure facility or an expansion vessel.
Observe all national codes for drinking water hygiene.
