OPERATING MODES
The resistance bands (19) can be used in both modes. To use them, slip the safety hooks

Manual mode: Here, the user can set the length and tempo of their exercise, so that it's
tailored to their needs. When using manual mode, follow these instructions:
1. Plug the VibroShaper into a power socket and press the power switch (3) so that it is
in the ON position.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Before cleaning your VibroShaper, you must make sure that the power switch is in the OFF position and that the cable has
been unplugged from the power socket.
• You can use a clean, dry broom or brush to remove dust from the device.
• The standing area can be cleaned with a damp cloth.
• Do not use corrosive agents to clean the device, because these could damage it.
• Clean the remote control with clean cloth.
• If the device is not being used for an extended period of time, put it back in its box and store it in a cool, dry place. You
should also take the batteries out of the remote control.
• If the device appears to have a defect, follow the instructions in the Troubleshooting section. If the problem persists,
please contact our customer service team.
