6. With a frame with finish, adjust the depth so that it is
fitted correctly [photo 3].
7. In the case of a thin frame, screw in the two M5
screws in the centre of top horizontal part [photo 4].
8. Put on the valve cover photo 5].
9. Unscrew the screws temporarily.

The flap fits onto the stop screw [photo 5-b] and
pivots on the screw [c].

Adjust the screw [photo 6 ] on the right hand side
of the flap (holding the magnet) so that:
- the magnet has sufficient force of attraction,
- and that the flap is vertical in a closed position.
12. The magnet attracts the filings : keep the contact
parts clean !
13. If the magnet's force of attraction is insufficient,
replace the 6 mm M3 screws with 8 mm M3 screws.

Refit the door on its hinges.
A spring inside the door shuts it automatically [photo 1]
hook up the spring to its lug inside the fireplace [photo 2].

6. S'il s'agit d'un cadre appliqué, réglez la profondeur
de façon à ce qu'il s'applique correctement [photo 3].
7. S'il s'agit d'un cadre fin, visser les 2 vis M 5 dans le
centre de l'horizontale supérieure [photo 4].
8. Placer la coiffe registre [photo 5] .
9. Dévisser les vis en attente.
10. L'abattant s'accroche à la vis butée [photo 5-b] et
pivote autour de la vis [c].
11. Réglez la vis [photo 6], côté droit de l'abattant (en
maintenant l'aimant) de sorte que :
– l'aimant exerce une attraction suffisante,
– l'abattant soit bien vertical en position fermée.
12. L'aimant attire la limaille : nettoyez les parties en
contact !
13. Si l'attraction de l'aimant est insuffisante,
remplacez la vis M3 de 6 mm par la vis M3 de 8 mm.

Remontage de la porte
Replacer la porte sur ses gonds. Un ressort logé dans la
porte [photo 7] la referme automatique-ment ;
accrocher ce ressort au doigt prévu à cet effet sur le
foyer [photo 8].
