COMPUTER
The computer will start via the stepping motion or by touching the MODE‐button. The various functions
can be selected by pressing the MODE‐button.
Scan: automatically scans through all functions.
Speed: displays the current speed up to 99.9 km/h.
Time: counting the training time in seconds from 0 to 99:59.
Calories: counts the calories during the training session up to 999.99 cal. Note: the number of calories is
to be used as an estimation to compare different training sessions.
Distance: measures the distance covered during the training session up to 99.99 km.
Pulse: press the mode‐button until the arrow points at PULSE. The heartbeat will be shown in number of
beats per minute. Place your palm of the hands on both contact points and wait for 30 seconds to get
the most precise measuring.
Reset
Keep the MODE‐button pressed for 5 seconds to erase all values.
Auto shut off
The training computer will automatically shut itself off if it has not received an input signal during the
last 4 minutes. All values are retained.
Batteries
The computer is being delivered including two AA‐batteries. The training computer will automatically
shut itself off if it has not received an input signal during the last 4 minutes. The batteries should be
exchanged every 4 months depending on the usage of the device. Values will be erased.
IMPORTANT ADVICE FOR TRAINING
• Before you start the training, consult your doctor. Ask what kind of training is suitable for you.
Wrong or excessive training can cause health defects.
• Avoid over exercising. Do not train if you are tired or feeling faint. If you are not used to physical
activity, start the training slowly at the beginning.
• Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain or any other troubles.
• Pay attention to your breathing during training.
