Battery installation or replacement
Attention: all data stored in the computer will be erased when removing the batteries.
1. Open the battery compartment at the rear side of the computer.
2. Insert two AAA-batteries in the battery compartment.
3. Close the battery compartment.
4. If the data on the display are not or only partially visible, remove the batteries from the computer.
Wait for approximately 15 seconds and insert them again.
Keys
RECOVERY: With this key you can measure your condition.
DOWN: With this key you set values for the TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES and TARGET HEART RATE
(T.H.R.) functions.
UP: With this key you set values for the TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES and TARGET HEART RATE
(T.H.R.) functions.
ENTER: With this key you can:
1. scroll through the following functions: NORMAL, TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES, TARGET
HEART RATE (T.H.R.).
2. confirm the set values.
3. reset the values to '0' by pressing this key for more than 3 seconds.

Functions
Auto On/Off
Once the device is in motion, the computer will automatically switch on. When the device is idle for
more than 4 minutes, the computer will automatically shut down. This will reset the values to '0'.
