Technical description
Blocking time
The sensor does not react to movement during the flush and for a short predetermined time
afterwards, because the sensor detects the afterflow of the flush water ("blocking time"). The
blocking time is adapted to suit the duration of the afterflow of the flush water.
For approx. 30 seconds after the end of the blocking time, the sensor operates at reduced
sensitivity in order to prevent false triggering caused by small volumes of residual flush water.
During this period, a larger volume of urine is required to cause triggering.
14.3 Controller
Operation is by a membrane keyboard with 2 keys and an LED as the optical signal.
The controller has 3 connection wires.
