1. Read before using the instrument

This measuring instrument has been built in accordance with state-of-
the-art technology and fulfils the requirements of the relevant Euro-
pean and national directives. Conformity has been verified, and the
appropriate declarations and documentation are held by the manu-
facturer. To maintain this status and ensure safe operation, you,
as the user, must observe the instructions in this user guide.

using the instrument, and observe them in all respects.
