"Temperature-controlled chilling with probe" is not used, however, the
probe sensor should be changed as soon as possible. Call for service
assistance.
F11
If the display alternates between temperature and F11, there are problems
with the control. Service assistance should be requested immediately.
Meanwhile the cabinet will itself try to maintain the set temperature.

Temperature alarm

If the temperature is a certain number of degrees higher or lower than cabinet
setting, the temperature display flashes to indicate an alarm.
Placing many warm items in the cabinet or leaving the door open frequently or for
long periods can cause a temperature rise, an alarm, and a flashing display.
This is all quite normal and does not mean there are problems with the cabinet. After
a short time the temperature will return to normal.

Defrosting

The cabinet has got no automatic defrosting function, as it is intended for quick
chilling of hot products, and therfore normally only operates a few hours at the time.

Defrost water

Defrost water is led through a pipe in the insulation. The pipe leads to the back of the
cabinet, where it has got an opening. A water seal must be established before the
defrost water is led to a drain.

Power failure

If the power fails, the control will remember the settings.
When power is restored, the cabinet will always start up on the storage program,
irrespective of whether the time program and/or the chilling with the probe program
was active prior to the power failure.

Cleaning

At regular intervals the inside of the cabinet should be cleaned and inspected
thoroughly before restarting. The external cladding is best cleaned with a weak soap
solution. To avoid scratching, do not use scouring powder or similar material. The
compressor compartment and in particular the condenser must be kept free of dust
and dirt. Here, a vacuum cleaner is best. The compressor compartment and
refrigerating element (at the top of the cabinet interior) must not be sprayed with
water. To do so is to risk short-circuiting and damage to electrical parts.
NOTE! Before cleaning, disconnect the cabinet at the wall plug.
