Example: Setting 2 hours and 30 min. After 2 hours you want to change the total
time to 4 hours. The control must in this case not be set at 4 hours, as this
would mean 4 hours + the 2 hours that have already passed. The control
must be set at the 2 remaining hours.

Protection against surface frost

In order to protect against surface frost use the program "storage program". By
programming a temperature above 0°C it is ensured that the air temperature around
the articles will never be below 0°C. Use of this function results in a very long chilling
time.
If you want to supervise the core temperature during the chilling process, it can be
done as follows:
Stick the probe into the product. When you want to see the probe temperature press
the
button until the red diode lights constantly. The probe temperature can now
be read.
Quickly switch off the core temperature again by pressing the
read diode goes out. If the diode does not go out the chilling is controlled by the core,
and there is a risk that the surface of the products freezes.

Alarm

The alarm can be used in connection with all program variants. In order to connect
the alarm press the
when the required temperature has been reached or the time has expired.
The acoustic alarm can be switched off by means of the
not switched off. The alarm will sound every time the compressor stops.

Memory

All settings are stored in the control memory, until new values are entered.
Therefore, the same program can be repeated without reprogramming.

Door monitoring

To minimise cold loss, the evaporator fan is stopped each time the door is opened
and a monitoring time of 3 minutes begins. If the door is not closed during this time
interval, the compressor stops. If the compressor does not start immediately after the
door is closed, the reason might be that the protection system built into the
compressor control is preventing the compressor being started too quickly. See
section on compressor monitoring.
