must be taken to a recycling centre or to your dealer. This makes it possible to avoid

b) Before Using for the First Time
 Before using the machine for the first time wash the base, lid, paddle and the bowl in
warm water and liquid soap. Do not use abrasive products or metal scourers. Do not
immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid.
 The interior liquid of the bowl must be frozen before starting to make the ice-cream. Put
the bowl in the freezer for at least 8 hours to freeze the interior liquid of the container and
assemble the ice-cream maker.
Warning: Once the bowl is frozen, do not touch the inside of the frozen bowl with wet
hands. Your fingers could stick to the metal. It is important to handle the bowl with a dry
cloth.
 Place the base on a stable flat surface.
