Strain relief

WARNING:
Do not remove the relief unit.

WARNING:
Nothing must be fitted to or hung on the relief unit.

WARNING:
The power cable must be carefully positioned without kinks, without
pulling, and without touching the floor.
For your safety, the power cable is fitted with a strain relief device to prevent the power plug
from being removed from the transformer; this may break the cable or reduce the
effectiveness of the system's spray water protection.
At the same time it makes sure that the power cable is not involuntarily driven over, should it
lie beneath the bed. This relief unit comes factory installed.

All casters should always be braked. If

Activating the brakes
Press the brake pedals Ⓐ on the head end and
feet end in the direction of the red marking.
The castors on the other side blocks
automatically.
Releasing the brakes

Press the brake pedals Ⓐ on the head end and
feet end in the direction of the green marking.
The castors on the other side release
automatically.
1 = Safety unit
2 = Power cable
To ensure that your power cable
remains in a functional and safe
condition even after prolonged
use, we have provided a device
where you might safely leave the
rolled-up cable beneath the
nursing bed when it is not being
electrically operated at the cross
bar of the slatted frame (below the
relief unit).
