1 Identification

The xFUME™ FLEX fume extraction system is used for extracting fumes generated during welding, cutting
and grinding processes. The device may be operated only with original ABICOR BINZEL spare parts. These
operating instructions describe only the xFUME™ FLEX fume extraction system.
When used in these operating instructions, the terms "device", "product", and "fume extraction system"
always refer to the xFUME™ FLEX fume extraction system.

1.1 Marking

This product fulfills the requirements that apply to the market to which it has been introduced. A
corresponding marking has been affixed to the product, if required.

1.2 Nameplate

The device is labeled by means of a nameplate on the housing.
