19. FITTING AND CONNECTIONS
Before carrying out any connection tasks, cut off the power supply to the electronic regulator
using the circuit breaker or the protection fuse in the power supply circuit!
Connection tasks must be carried out by a qualified professional installer.
19.1. PLACEMENT
The radiator must not come in contact with the wall or floor when installed.
19.2. ASSEMBLING OF THE CONTROLLER ON TO THE TOWEL RAILS

Fitting the joint to the cartridge heater. Fit the joint (supplied) onto
the cartridge heater to ensure that the latter fits snugly into the
electronic regulator:

Fit the regulator to the base of the cartridge heater.
– Do not install the towel rail with the temperature controller on top.
– Do not install the towel rail below or in front of a socket outlet or
terminal box.
Electrical connection (see also 19.3)
– molded plug: via socket placed in zone B.
– connection cable: can be connected via a connection box in zone A.
Supplied o-ring
– Blue wire: neutral
– Brown wire: 230VAC
– Black wire: fil pilot - isolate if not used. Do not
connect to grounding (GND)!

Keep the electronic regulator (B) pressed onto the base by exerting
an upwards force (and thus ensuring thant the O-ring is compres-
sed (C)) when you are screwing in the cone-point set screw to
the back of the product using an allen key (A). Tightening torque
required: 0,5N.m
