Failure
(5) The pump has seized, and the driver

of the Turbelle stream 6000/6100/
6200 sounds a continuous tone.
(6) Dry run of the pump; short-term
operation without water; the
Turbelle ® stream 6000/6100/6200
sounds a continuous beep.
(7) Turbelle ® stream 6060 / 6080/6130
does not start up; the drive starts
vibrating.

(8) Turbelle stream 6000 / 6100 / 6200
causes some noise every twenty
second during the interval phase
(with multi-controller - pump at a
standstill).
Cause
The drive unit or the hydro propeller
has jammed due to wear, lime or snail
housing, for example.
The water level has dropped
considerably.
Wrong drive in the pump. Synchronous
motor pumps are operational only with
drive unit 6080.60 (without O ring seal
7400.61 integrated in the drive).
The pump has been fitted with driver
7240.27 with fish care function, but
also with drive 6080.60 without O ring
seal 7400.61 integrated.
Remedy
Remove the foreign body. Clean the
pump, and replace the drive unit, if and
when necessary. The pump will start
operating again automatically after a
delay of 20 seconds.
Top the tank up with sufficient water or
submerge pump further.
Remove O ring seal 7400.61 from the
drive or replace drive by drive 6080.60.
Place O ring seal 7400.61 in the drive
or replace the drive by drive 6100.60.
