Alarms
The control unit can issue one or more alarms to notify the user of possible faults. Below
is a table of alarms and corrective actions:
Message displayed
Valve anomaly
Mixed water probe anomaly
Return probe anomaly
DHW production probe
anomaly
Cartridge alarm
Anomaly table
Anomalies found
The water is not running
at the right temperature
The mixed water is flowing,
but not enough
When commissioning a new appli-
ance, the water is arriving either not
or cold
The mixed water temperature is
not = to the temperature set on the
system
The mixed water is not flowing from
the device
The mixed water arrives in bursts
and the flow is low, except at the
limit temperatures
We recommend that you check carefully that the anomaly is coming from the device.

VII - ALARMS AND ANOMALIES
Corrective action
Anomaly between control voltage and position
return voltage. Check that the actuator is cabled
correctly.
Problem reading the mixed water probe value.
Check the connection of the cable on the probe
side and the programming control unit.
Problem reading the return probe value.
Check that the cable is connected to the
programming control unit.
Problem in reading the DHW production probe
value. Check that the cable is connected to the
programming control unit.
Replace the e-Cartridge and reset the replacement
timer in the "Cartridge alarm" menu.
Causes and solutions
- C heck that there is water on both inlets,
that the piping is connected.
- Has the temperature setting been
completed correctly?
- H ot or cold water production is insufficient.
- T he cold water pressure is > than the hot
water pressure.
- Filter blocked or clogged.
- T he water inlets are reversed, order a
reversed e-Cartridge.
- Repeat the calibration.
- M ake sure that the hot water inlet tempera-
ture is > than the configured temperature.
- One of the water inlets is not operational.
- H ot or cold water flow is insufficient.
- Check the cleanliness of the cartridge filters.
