Wash all of the parts thoroughly with water and washing up liquid (or in the

Before using it for the first time with food, run the appliance with just one

dehydrator tray and the lid. The resulting odour is normal and will go after a while.

Place the first tray on the motor base and cover it with the food you want to dry.

Place the next tray on. You can insert two spacers, so you can place the top tray

either d irectly o n t he r ibbed s helf ( Fig. 1 ) o r p lace t he s pacer o f t he t op t ray o n t he
ribbed s helf o f t he l ower t ray ( Fig. 2 ).
